Hi there! I'm a massive Harry Potter Fan. Love Remus Lupin - he's my favourite character!
I am also a Whovian. I LOVE Doctor Who (especially the tenth Doctor - he's my Doctor). I have watched all of Modern Who, and am currently working my way through Classic Who as well.
Also love Sherlock, Game of Thrones, Avatar The Last Airbender!
I am not a crazy fangirl, so please do not dub me as such.
Ten is my favourite Doctor, NOT because I am a fangirl swooning over how good looking David Tennant is, but because I love Ten's character, the fact that he struggles with this darkness inside him, and knows that he can't be alone or else he will have to surrender to the enemy within, while at the same time, he knows that if he takes someone with him, the odds are they will leave or get hurt or die or get lost. And he knows that that is inevitable, that no one can stay with him forever, and knows that sooner or later he will feel pain and guilt as everything around him turns to ash. I like that conflict, how he craves companionship, yet fears it at the same time and I love how it plays out on the screen. He knows that emotions destroy you, but he wouldn't give them up for anything. He always strives to do good, and has his complete disregard for his own life as he fiercely will offer up himself in the place of another, as though he is trying to make up for ending the Time War the way he did. He is very funny, passionate and adventurous, but at the same time he is afraid. I like a hero who is afraid, because how can you be brave if you have nothing to fear? So for those reasons and more, Ten is my Doctor.
